Workout of the Day

Every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes (4 sets), perform the following for times:
500 Meter Row
400 Meter Run
50/40 Push-Ups

*Record 4 separate times
*Each round starting every 10 minutes (at 0, 10, 20, 30 minute mark. Rest the remainder of the round)
