Power Clean 3-3-3 then max Front squats
Do a set of three Power Cleans then finish with max set of front squats at that weight before putting bar down. Load more weight for next set if able. Each set includes 3 Power Cleans then max front squats. Your whiteboard will look like this: 135(15)-145(12)-155(6)
