ME Floor Press 7×1 (same weight all sets!)
 
then
3x: NFT
10 Dips
3 HSPU
1 Seated Sled pull with weight
and
1-15 1 arm KB Ladder (1L, 1R, 2L, 2R, 3L, 3R….to 15) (go lighter)
 
Remember with Floor press… Elbows in tight with vertical forearms and descend in control.
 
Debbie set the mark at 7:00 for her OH Barbell hold.  Paul M and James fought it out at noon to beat it with James winning at 10:07!!

    haha, Debbie was great motivation…I wonder what she was thinking about. her picture looks way more focused than my pacing around. 🙂
