Strength Day:
Back Squat 3×5
Work up to a set of five you can complete for three sets. Last couple of reps will be challenging. We will be adding weight each week.
 
NOT for time:
2-3x:
10 DB Bulgarian Split Squats (appropriately heavy for you)
20 DB Walking Lunges  “
20 DB Step Ups  ” 24/20
10 Good Mornings 45/33
25 Wall Ball Shots 20/14
25 Hollow Rocks
