Workout of the Day
Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (2 rounds)
Rope Climb x 2 ascents
L-Sit Hold x 30 seconds accumulated time
Handstand Walk x 10 meters

Scaling Options:
Rope climb – Feet on floor and walk hand down rope
L-Sit Hold – hands on boxes or with knees bent. either way keep knees same height as hips
Handstand Walk – HS Hold on wall with Shoulder taps x10 total
