Back Squat – work up to your 5×3 and adding 5/2.5lbs from last Thursday
 
Not for time or reps but for HARD efforts; quick breaks between sets and move FAST:
5x20m Low Prowler Pushes (go heavy!)
5x20m Banded Partner Sprints
3x10per leg Walking Overhead Barbell Lunges 115/75
3x60sec Max Rep GHD Sit-Up
