*This is part of our Tues/Thurs barbell cycling sessions. Find a 5 rep max in no more than two sets (after warm-up)
*Coaching Note: Tuesday’s touch and go Power Cleans exposed some things – like grip strength and LACK OF using a HOOK GRIP.  Please practice using a hook grip on the barbell today if you have been avoiding it!!  “Not using a hook grip with Olympic Lifts (Snatch & Clean and Jerk) is like trying to play Basketball barefoot” My favorite line to use =)
