We will only have ONE CLASS SATURDAY MORNING at 8:00am due to our hosting of the Holiday Weightlifting Meet.
 
Schedule for Saturday’s Weightlifting Meet.  Come cheer on our Alpine lifters – Emily F, Ashley, Jesse and Cliff – in our transformed Oly room!
ALL WOMEN Check-in & Weigh-in between 9:30am-10:30am; 10:30am Athlete Meeting.
SESSION 1 – All Women’s weight classes; 11:00am First Lift.  Women’s Awards will be 10min after the final Women’s lift.
ALL MEN Check-in & Weigh-in between 11:30am-12:30pm; 12:30pm Athlete Meeting.
SESSION 2 – Men’s 69kg, 77kg, 85kg classes; 1:00pm First Lift.
SESSION 3 – Men’s 94kg, 105kg, 105+kg classes; 3:00pm First Lift.  Men’s Awards will be 10min after the final Men’s lift from Session 3.

One max set of linked Wall Balls 30/20 
*Go heavier than normal; focus on your accuracy of your 10’/9′ target; have a partner count for you and keep you accurate and motivated if needed; aim for 30+!

25 KB Goblet Squats 70/55
20 KB Swings 70/55
15 Lateral Box Jumps 20″/16″ (touch on top of box – no hip extension required)
