Goat Strength day!

Choose one of your upper body weaknesses.
Your coach will help you decide on the reps depending on your choice of movement. No Kipping! Build STRENGTH!!
Every minute on the minute do “x” reps for 20 minutes
 
then:
Tabata 8 rounds each:
Burpees
Seated Shoulder Press 45/33  (sit in an “L” on floor)
