    Running based WODs usually generate a lot more conversation than this! Great day for it… Added 15 lbs to my Back Squat PR, so I got that going for me… which is nice.

    Good job Wade!! It is super nice to run outside, wish I could have done it today. Have to do it sometime this weekend.

    Actually loved this WOD! Surprised myself with my squat and felt great in the run (surprisingly since I am not a runner).
