Time to celebrate the birthdays of our awesome members Mike M, Jess E, Laura V, and Evan N.  Our belovedly incredible Coach Trish’s birthday is also TODAY so be sure to come in and hit the WOD with the birthday girl!
Pick three of the following five 5min birthday WODs.  You will rest 1min between the first two and 2min between the next two:
