Did you know that ACF has a YouTube Channel??  With A LOT of videos and super old school ACF clips??
Coach Dylan has been KILLING IT on our channel with some solid footage of the athletes who have been working with him.  More importantly, they continue to see consistent results (see videos duhhh).
If you would like to be the next ACF YouTube sensation, then, ya know, you gotta spend some time in Weightlifting Sessions with Coach Dylan!
