Workout of the Day
10min Pre-WOD to practice Push Jerks.  Work up to heavy singles but no more than 3 and not maximal.  Use the racks.
 
Then,
 
For Time:
5-4-3-2-1
Push Jerk 165/105
Slam Ball 50/40 (2x reps)
Push-ups (3x reps)
 
-This one will require some extremely basic math while in your hypoxic state.  Multiply the 2x and 3x off of your set of Push Jerks (5-4-3-2-1, 10-8-6-4-2, 15-12-9-6-3).
 
Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
