GOAT WOD!!!

What is a “goat”?  A goat is a movment that challenges you, one that you cringe when you see it show up in a workout. Maybe a movement you avoid.  We all have our goats. Time to work on them. Your coach will help you determine your goats and the number of reps/weight…
Partner Goat WOD:
Team of two-three
Each athlete chooses one goat and the third movement that both agree upon.
