Workout of the Day
Every 2min for 14min: 2 reps of (Power Clean + Split Jerk)
*7 Sets total
*Add weight each set and work up to a 2RM
*Not touch and go, drop and re-set each rep.
*Performed as a class and you should have a solid 90sec of rest between sets

5  Strict Handstand Push-ups (Sub 2xKB Strict Press)
