Our 12-person Alpine CrossFit Fantasy Football League is having our draft at 8:00pm Thursday at Alpine.  Why should you care??  Well every week we have a LOSER WOD for each person/team that loses their match-up that week.  Soooo of course its fun to watch someone post-WOD do their Loser WOD for the week.  Its generally something pretty simple like “3minutes in a handstand” or “30 pull-ups for time”.  HOWEVER, the LAST PLACE FINISHER(S) IN THE LEAGUE (regular season AND playoffs) will do this workout FOR TIME:
 
Time starts:
Fran (21-15-9 Thrusters 95/65 & Pull-ups)
Then,
Diane (21-15-9 Deadlifts 225/155 & Handstand Push-ups)
