*Sub 15 Jumping Towel Pulls (on pull-up bar) for the 3 Rope Climbs
*Run route = Alpine-400m marker-end of road-Alpine
*Standard Rx 11′ Alpine Rope Climb = start with knees on the ground, head to rafters, return to ground with full control.
