Hey Alpine!  Interested in donating for a good cause?  
Lily and Laurette’s mother (my mother-in-law), Laura, has been living with Alzheimer’s for 7 years. This year Laurette and Mo will be walking on behalf of their family in honor of their mother. The walk to end Alzheimer’s is this Saturday September 20, 2014.
To make a donation for Laurette as a walker, go to www.alz.org/walk, at the top click on “donate to a walker”, enter in “Laurette Ruiz-Williams”, then click on search, it will show Laurette’s name, then click on donate, it will take you to the donation page.
Thanks in advance for any support to this worthy cause that hits close to home for us =)

Then time to get outside and enjoy some running intervals.  BE READY FOR SOME SOLID RUNNING TECHNIQUE IN TODAY’S CLASSES.  
 
Similar to last week’s rowing intervals, for Total Running Time:
Run 1000m; Rest 120sec
Run 800m; Rest 90sec
Run 600m; Rest 60sec
Run 400m; Rest 30sec
Run 200m; done =)
