Push/Pull Strength Skill work.
Alternate movements, rest 60sec between sets.
A) 3×8 Floor Press  (go heavier than last week)
B)  3 sets:  5 Strict pull-ups then ME Chest-bar kipping pull-ups (record total score)
 
then,
 
Four Rounds For Time & Reps
300m Row
Max Rep Strict Press 95/65 (taken from ground)
12 Toes To Bar (sub toes through rings)
 
 **Two parts to the scoring: 1) Total time to complete and 2) Total number of Strict Press completed through all 5 rounds.
