1-2 Wall Walks

Strength (not for time)

Push Press (2) + Jerk w/ Hold (1-1-1-1)

4 Sets at 85% of Last weeks (Or 75-80% of Best Jerk)

Weightlifting

Power Clean + Hang Clean (1-1-1-1-1)

Building Sets x 4-6
