Here is a great reminder that The Open is just around the corner (23 days away to be exact). Today we want to retest another Open wod so that we can see how much we have progressed. Do you have your Muscle Up yet? How much better are your Wall Balls? Getting stronger on Power Cleans? This is the whole point of the Open, is so we can test ourselves and then progress and then RE-test! Check out the videos for movement standards and some tips!
