I can’t believe it – I posted Jan 2nd and Jan 3rd workouts online with “2014” dates and no one A) let me know or B) threw a 2015lb barbell at my face…
 
Workout of the Day
Shoulder Press – Three working sets only, increasing weight each set:
1×5 @ 65%
1×5 @ 75%
1×5 @ 85%
 
then, similar to Friday’s rep scheme,
 
For Time:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
Sumo Deadlift High-Pull 75/55
Push Jerk 75/55
 
*Keep it light and move FAST
*When using 10’s and 15lb plates only, please guide the barbell to the ground (ie please do not bail from overhead)Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
