Workout of the Day
Shoulder (Strict) Press  3-3-3
Push Press  3-3-3
Push Jerk  3-3-3
*Weight should (theoretically) increase through the entire 9 sets if you are proficient in all three lifts.
*Rest as needed between sets.
*Record best 3-rep weight for each movement (3 scores).
Five Rounds For Time:
10 Power Snatches 75/55
10 MB Sit-ups 20/14  (with throw against the wall)
