Clean & Jerk 2×5
*Same as last week to work on your touch & go barbell lifts.  Add 2.5 to 5lbs from last week and do two working sets with that weight.

Had a blast doing “The Ocho” team comp with some Alpine Duder-Bros.  Thank you GDoyle, Fousty and Damien for a fun weekend!
 
Here is a tidbit from event 1a of a weekend with 8 separately scored events.  This was floater part 1 of 3 – max Toes to Bar in 3min.  Surprisingly, this was only good for 11th place (out of 13).  Strong teams and competition all weekend.
