Clean & Jerk 2×5
*Same as last week to work on your touch & go barbell lifts.  Add 2.5 to 5lbs from last week and do two working sets with that weight.

10 Push-ups
15 Russian KB Swings 70/55
 
*Rx+ option: go C2B pull-ups

 Just a few photos from Sunday’s Pumpkin carving at ACF.  I have to admit that I forgot how much fun carving a pumpkin was – especially when you are surrounded by a bunch of super cute kids and awesome people!  I think this has become one of our favorite events at Alpine and we appreciate you all attending.  Thanks for a fun day!!!
