Fantastic work to everyone that came out to the Outlaw Way Barbell camp this last weekend. We had a great turnout and learned a TON of tips and tricks from The Jared Fleming. Workout of the Day
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets) of:
Front Squat x 3-5 reps @ a tempo of 30X1
15 minutes E.M.O.M. (5 sets each):
Minute 1 – 10 Ring Dips
Minute 2 – 10 Toes to Bar
Minute 3 – 15 Kettlebell Swings (55/35 lb)
