Pause Front Squats x 6 reps @ a tempo of 31X1

*Last done on Wednesday of last week. Try to go a little heavier. Even 5 lbs will make a world of difference!

60 seconds of Wall Ball Shots
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of Push-Ups
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of Alternating Reverse Lunges with DBs/KBs
Rest 60 seconds
