Workout of the Day
12mins to find your best set of:
3 Power Cleans + 1 Split Jerk
*Perform the Split Jerk after the final Power Clean of each set.
*These are not touch-and-go; re-set and re-grip the bar after each rep
 
Then,
 
PARTNER WOD TO CLOSE OUT THE NEW YEAR:
Eight rounds for time while alternating each movement with your partner:
7 Handstand Push-ups
14 Deadlifts 225/155
7 Bar Facing Burpees
14 KB Swings 70/55
7 Toes To Bar
 
*Only one partner may work at a time
*Alternate movements throughout the eight rounds.  Example, Partner A performs the body weight movements while Partner B does the DL & KBS, then they switch for the next round and so on
*No one goes solo – work in groups of 3 and alternate 2:1
*Move fast!  Because you will be resting while your partner works
