Sprint 100 meters
10 Pull-ups
Sprint 100 meters
10 Burpees
Rest 30 seconds
 
*The 100m Run loop will be out the main roll-up door, around the sign and cars, then in through the main entrance.
*Great day for the 20lb weight vests!
