Our building is getting a new roof!!  Stay tuned to tomorrow’s post and email for what to expect during construction on our building (Wednesday through Saturday).
Workout of the Day
Skill work – after warm-up, spend 10 minutes getting inverted!  Practice your handstand holds, wall walks, handstand walking.  Front rolls and Ring or bar “skin the cats” also count!

Check out Jason N who got his CrossFit Level One Instructor certification this past weekend!  I think this is so cool when our members take the next step to further their knowledge of CrossFit and thus, proper movement, fitness, wellness, personal ninja awesomeness, etc.  Several of you have taken this and I hope we continue to inspire more of you to get your Level One’s.  Thanks for sharing your weekend with the CF celebs, Jason.
