Workout of the Day
Five Rounds For Time:
50 Double Unders
12 Burpee Pull-ups
**If you absolutely need to use a band do all burpees first then pull-ups
**Rx+: Chest to bar and/or 20lb vested
then Post WOD:
Barbell Penday Row 5×5  & Three sets Abdominal work of choice (ie 3×20 GHD Situps)
