Skillz warm-up: Turkish get-ups (medium wt), strict toes to bar or KTE, Sotts press
 
WOD
5 RFT:
5 Strict pull-ups**
10 KB snatch per arm 55/35
5 x 5m Sprints
10 Toes through rings
Rest 30sec
 
**If you do the “pull-up chicken neck” during the strict pull-ups and your coach calls you out, you must perform 5 burpees on the spot. 
 
Here is a photo of the pull-up chicken neck where you reach your chin over the bar.  We all get in this broken position often. To refrain from this and maintain your neck posture, pretend like you’re holding a golf ball under your chin.
