 Attention all you Muscle-Upper-ers….
We set a goal on the 1st to complete 2,000 Muscle-ups  as a gym in the month of July.  Well, we are about half way and we’re slightly off the pace.  Help us achieve this goal and get up on top of the rings!!
Never done one??  Now is a great time to learn and contribute =)
