Quick reminder about nutrition! With this new squat cycle we are on, it’s really important you are getting enough food in general, especially carbs. If you work out early in the AM, we suggest you eat some extra carbs late at night before you go to bed. If working out in the afternoon/evening, try to “carb u”p with some carbohydrates and protein about an hour or so before you lift.  Don’t forget your post-wod protein and carbs as well. Sweet potatoes/potatoes are an excellent choice! Be sure you are getting adequate protein, aim for .75-1 gram per pound of body weight.
