CrossFit Games Open Workout 11.1 / 14.1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches (75lb / 55lb)
 
*Scale the number of Double Unders or sub with 15 Lateral Barbell Jumps

1st game Softball recap:

ACF Softball is BACK for our FOURTH Season!  And Alpine looks in fine form as we won our first game on Sunday 13-3.  We have some new players who put up some BIG plays Sunday – how bout MJ with that individual Double Play at 2B and Cliff with the in-the-park 3-run homer!?!?!  And veterans Amy “Fishturd” and Mo both made incredible diving catches (Amy) and an infield diving double play (Mo).  It was entertaining for sure!!

We have the schedule posted at Alpine and we would love for you to come out and cheer us on.  Next game is after Labor Day Weekend.  Follow #ACFsoftball
