Workout of the Day
Final Day of the Tuesday O-lift/Barbell work:
Every 2min for 14min (7 sets):
1 Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats
 
*Increasing weight each set
*If your OHS is not yet developed, then perform 1 Power Snatch + 4 Overhead Lunges (2 each side) per set

For Time:
80 Wall Balls 20/14
60 Hand Release Push-ups
40 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
20 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95
 
*Lots of HR Push-ups today – focus on good movement and use a band on the pull-up rig if needed….Peppers will be MAD if you “worm” your push-ups!! =)
*Rx+ option – finish with 10 Bar Muscle-ups (included in total time)
