Due to the Holiday, the strength/skill work will shift a day this week.  Tues: Front Squats & Handstands.  Wed: EMOM Power Snatch.  Thurs: Push/Pull.  Fri: Back Squat.  Sat: Clean & Jerk.
 
Workout of the Day
Alternating movements, resting 60sec in between sets.
A) 4×3 Front Squats @ 80%
B) 3x60sec Handstand Holds or 3x60sec Handstand Walking or HS Walking Drills

20 KB Swings 55/35
30 Lateral Bar Jumps
