Wow.  Coming off a strong showing from Monday’s “Baseline x3” test I don’t know what to say – I am VERY impressed!!  The results from this are amazing and made me nearly crap myself.  Many of you dropped MINUTES off of your original Foundations “Baseline” score WHILE AT THE SAME TIME doing this WOD Rx’d compared to previously MODIFYING the workout AAAAAND you did it two more times and did not die and puke on yourselves like in Foundations.
 
The far right score is the original Foundations score (we have missed a few over the years and this excludes those who did test-outs or transferred from somewhere else).  Take a look through and see how much you and your peers are improving your bad-ass-ness fitness.
 
You are all officially ninjas.  I really think our job is done here just getting started…
