Every 2min for 14min (7sets):
2 Power Cleans + 1 Split Jerk
*Increasing weight each set
*Each set, perform one Power Clean then another Power Clean plus a Split Jerk

Three Rounds For Max Reps:
60sec 6″ Target Burpees
60sec Box Jumps 24″/20″
60sec Push Press 95/65
60sec Rest
