From the Rack
RPE 7/10 (Fast and Strong Position)
Go by feel but P.Press will be limitnig factor.
Front Rack Split Squats (8-8-8)
Keep feet in set position of lunge.
Jerk Complex (1-1-1-1-1)
Pause Jerk Drive x 2 + Split Jerk
-Pause in Jerk Drive Dip
-Pause in Split Jerk Catch
Make these heavy enough to focus on but nowhere near failure
