Turkey Challenge & Thanksgiving Schedule Monday, 11-19-2012

Thanksgiving Schedule – We will be open all week but with a modified schedule
Wednesday – All classes as scheduled
Thursday – 8:30am & 9:30am class
Friday – 8:30am & 9:30am class
Saturday – 8:30am & 9:30am class
Sunday – 9:00-11:00am Open Gym
 
Monday strength set –  Cycle 3 of 3, Week 3 of 4 – We will be testing your new 1RM’s next Monday!!!
Deadlift 1×5
**Take 5 sets to work up to a 5 rep max, adding 5lbs/2.5lbs from your last lift (Cycle 2, week 3)
**These are not touch & go repetitions.  Re-set on each rep.
