Workout of the Day
Clean  3-3-3
*Perform “touch and go” reps for all three sets
*Increasing weight each set
*Go heavier than last week
 
then,
 
“Tabata Something Else”
Eight Rounds Each of the Following:
Tabata Pull-ups
Tabata Push-ups
Tabata Sit-ups
Tabata Squats
 
*One 30sec Tabata Interval = 20sec of work followed by 10sec of rest.
*There is no rest between exercises.
*Score today is the LOWEST NUMBER OF REPS performed in one round (this will be explained more in class)
*SORENESS & SAFETY ALERT – If you have not performed high volume pull-ups recently, then please scale them accordingly.
*Rx+ Option – Alternating Pistols instead of Squats.Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
