Workout of the Day
 
Day 3 – Week 2 of 5
Alternate movements, resting 60sec between each set.
A)  Front Rack Lunges (Advanced: OH Lunges) 3×10  *Go Heavier than last week.
B)  Ring Dips (weighted if possible) 3×8
 
Then,
 
 
For Time:
10-8-6-4-2
Strict Handstand Push-up
Weighted Candlesticks 40/30
 
*Sub 5-4-3-2-1 Wall Walks for the HSPU
*See video below for Candlestick demo.  There are many mods for these too.  Use a Slam Ball and touch overhead on ground then locked out overhead standing for Rx. If you have more questions your coach will demo….or you can ask RZ, GDoyle or Foust as we did these at The Ocho comp this past weekend and looked more like a fish-out-of-water than CrossFitters =)
