As part of the warm-up, group progression (3min each) with:
1) Hollow Rock – finding the static position, rock with arms at sides, rock with arms overhead
2) Candlesticks – use hands to assist to stand, no hands to stand, use hands to single leg/pistol stand, no hands to single leg/pistol stand
3) Arch Rock – finding the static position, rock with arms at sides, rock with arms overhead (see videos below)

*Use two bars, one on each side of the rig (DLs one side, PP on the other)….Organize your fitness, y’all.
