Thanksgiving Schedule – We will be open all week but with a modified schedule
Wednesday – All classes as scheduled
Thursday – 8:30am & 9:30am class
Friday – 8:30am & 9:30am class
Saturday – 8:30am & 9:30am class
Sunday – 9:00-11:00am Open Gym
 
Because of the Holiday week we are going to hit our regular Thursday strength sesh today.  We will have three Hero WODs over the next three days at Alpine to honor some important people in the community – Friday’s will be very special as it is a tribute to a Marine who was KIA this summer in Afghanistan and is a family member of one of our members.  Please come out and “earn your Turkey” for these.
 
Squat Snatch 5×3 adding 5lbs/2.5lbs  OR  Close Grip Bench Press 3×5 adding 2.5lbs/1.5lbs
Then
Split Jerk 5×2
