As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
5 Handstand push-ups
10 Pistols (1-legged squats)
15 Pull-ups
 
OR
 
“Cindy”
As many rounds as possible in 20 min:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Please read me….cause I’m important: We are always in search of improving fitness but do not sacrifice good movement today for intensity – this is a fine line and delicate balance.   Be sure to emphasize solid range of motion.  You will have a lot of reps to do; make sure your reps in round 10 look just like round 1.  Use a band for your push-ups if needed (and if we have enough room on the racks) or go ring rows or do modified pistols.  But PLEASE PLEASE don’t you DARE do  push-ups like this!!!
