Gymnastics “Goat” WOD 15min AMRAP Movement X Movement Y Movement Z Choose three gymnastics/bodyweight movements which you would like improve. Goats are weaknesses and they must be exposed and practiced regularly in order to help you become a better athlete. You coaches can help you dial in movements as well. We will keep the reps low so you get lots of rounds in the 15min.
