Happy Birthday Holly T!! We love seeing you in here taking care of yourself while pregnant. Its so encouraging to so many people. Keep kickin ass and keep up the hard work!


 

Holiday Schedule for this weekend:
Friday: normal schedule *12 Days of Christmas WOD!!*
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED
Monday: 8:00 and 9:30 AM classes only

Workout of the Day
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets of):
Deadlift x 3 reps

*Build no heavier than mechanical failure. If you begin to lose positioning or proper mechanics, terminate the set immediately.
**Try to increase weight over each set

then

15 minute AMRAP of:
Ground to Overhead x 10 reps (135/95 lbs)
100 Meter Run or Row
Burpee Pull-Ups x 10 reps
100 Meter Run or Row

*Depending on weather and snow outside, run or row
