Open Gym 6:00-8:00am
8:00am Class & 9:00am Class
 
We are closed Thursday and then open for 8:00am & 9:00am classes on Friday 12/26.  Wishing all of you a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday with your family and friends!!!

For Time (30min time cap):
1 Overhead Squat 95/65
2 Strict Handstand Push-ups
3 Jumping Lunges (per leg)
4 Goblet Squats 70/55
5 Toes To Bar
6 Pull-ups
7 KB Swing 70/55
8 Push-ups
9 Deadlifts 95/65
10 Box Jumps 24″/20″
11 Sit-ups
12 Thrusters 95/65
 
*This is performed just like the song: 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1, 5-4-3-2-1, and on and on until all 12 WONDERFUL days are complete =)

*Rx + Option today, add the following: 135/95 barbell, Day 1 = 1 (full) Snatch, Day 3 = 3 Pistols per leg, C2B pull-ups.
