Reminder that there are NO 5:30pm & 6:30pm Classes this evening. We will still have the 4:00pm & 4:30pm classes. Please have a fun and safe New Years!!

Thursday Jan 1st: 9:00am & 10:00am Classes only.  Friday Jan 2nd: Return to regular schedule.

Back Squat 10-10-10

*No more than three attempts at establishing a 10 rep max

then, we’ve done this one before but it’s been a while,

For time: 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5

UNBROKEN DOUBLE UNDERS

*You MUST stop between sets.

*You CANNOT skip singles in between sets or repetitions for RX.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DOUBLE UNDERS, THEN YOU WILL PRACTICE FOR THEM FOR 5min AND THEN DO A COACHS’ CHOICE MAKE-UP WOD FROM SOMETHING YOU HAVE MISSED OVER THE LAST WEEK…..and then continue to practice EVERY DAY =)
